Brake Controller Install

In a full hardwire install, your going run 2 – 10 Gauge stranded wires from the 7-way plug to the front one of those wires will go to the auxiliary side of a 40 Amp self resetting breaker and then to the positive terminal of the battery.

Then you’ll run another wire from the positive terminal to a 20 Amp self resetting breaker and then run that wire, along with the unused wire that runs to the 7-way plug, into the cab through the firewall (there should be a rubber piece with wires going through it)
